Syracuse, N.Y. — Donovan McNabb was introduced to a massive crowd inside the Oncenter Convention Center by Doug Logan, the longtime “voice of the Orange,” and he was quickly reminded of the Carrier Dome, where he starred at quarterback for Syracuse in the 1990s.

The six-time NFL Pro Bowler and former Philadelphia Eagles star returned to Syracuse on Wednesday as the keynote speaker for the 54th annual SCOUTPOWER event benefitting the Boy Scouts of America.
