After operating in Liverpool since 2016, a medical marijuana dispensary plans to open in a larger location in DeWitt and begin selling recreational cannabis.
PharmaCann, which operates the Verilife dispensary at 642 Old Liverpool Road, wants to move to a larger location at 5841 Bridge St. That’s the same plaza as the Veterinary Medical Center of CNY.
