So, you want to go to see the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers clash in-person at Super Bowl LVIII? Be prepared to pay over $5,000 for even the cheapest ticket in the house at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, February 11.

Tickets for one of the most highly anticipated Super Bowls ever can be purchased from resellers like StubHub, VividSeats and SeatGeek. Resale prices fluctuate constantly, but as of Monday, February 5, the cheapest Super Bowl 2024 ticket is $5,237 from StubHub.

Here’s a breakdown of the cheapest prices early in the week:

  • StubHub: 400-level seats starting $5,237, 300-level seats starting $5,453
  • VividSeats: 400-level seats starting $5,309, 300-level seats starting $5,436
  • SeatGeek: 300-level seats starting $5,860, 400-level seats starting $5,944

Ticket prices are noted at the time of publishing and are subject to change and availability. Additional fees may apply.

The average sold ticket price as of Monday is over $9,000, according to TickPick. The star power of two-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback Patrick Mahomes, the prospect of a huge 2020 Super Bowl rematch between the Chiefs and 49ers, and the potential for even Taylor Swift, the biggest pop star in the world, to appear at the game, have all worked to build hype for Super Bowl 58 to staggering levels. But it’s the Super Bowl location in Las Vegas, Nevada, that can largely be blamed for the sky high prices.

“(Location) always kind of adds a premium to the price and to the demand because you have so many people who might not be a fan of the Chiefs or the 49ers, but they want to go to Super Bowl,” Chris Leyden, director of growth marketing at SeatGeek, told USA TODAY Sports. “This is the one that they’re going to go to because of everything that sort of Vegas has to offer; the pomp and circumstance.”

NFL history is on the line. Is Patrick Mahomes in the GOAT conversation? Will Andy Reid cement his place in NFL coaching history? Will Brock Purdy go from 262nd overall draft pick to Super Bowl winning quarterback? If you’ve got a few thousand dollars to spend on tickets, you can find out live.

Super Bowl 2024 will air on CBS at 6:30 p.m. ET, and can be streamed live on fuboTV (free trial). Fans can buy Super Bowl LVIII gear, including jerseys and hats, from Fanatics.
