Rochester, N.Y. - A Syracuse teen who was driving a stolen car in which two teens were fatally shot by a deputy has been arrested in Rochester after he was caught with a stolen car, according to the DA.

Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick Sunday said the 17-year-old stole a car in Syracuse and was charged with possession of stolen property, a felony, in Monroe County. He was arrested and released to his parents, he said.
