When is Super Bowl 55? What time is the Super Bowl kickoff? What channel? We’ve got all the info you need for the NFL championship game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Super Bowl LV will start at 6:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. The Bucs will be the first home team to ever play in a Super Bowl.

How to watch the Super Bowl:

The game will be shown nationally on CBS TV, along with hours of pre-game coverage. In Syracuse, the CBS network is broadcast on WTVH-TV, Channel 5.

The Super Bowl will also be streaming on CBS All Access, plus you can watch a free livestream online at CBSSports.com or through the CBS Sports app on your phone. Additional stream options include fuboTV and Hulu + Live TV.

Players to watch in the Super Bowl:

The Chiefs are the defending Super Bowl champions, led by MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes, after defeating the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game. Prop bets show KC wide receiver Tyreek Hill and tight end Travis Kelce are most likely to score a touchdown.

The Buccaneers defeated the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship to advance to the Super Bowl for the first time since Tampa Bay won Super Bowl XXXVII in 2003. QB Tom Brady is appearing in his 10th Super Bowl (and first with TB after two decades with the New England Patriots), surrounded by offensive threats like Chris Godwin, Leonard Fournette, Mike Evans and big Rob Gronkowski.

Who’s performing at the Super Bowl?

Eric Church and Jazmine Sullivan will sing the national anthem, “The Star-Spangled Banner,” just before kickoff. R&B singer H.E.R. will perform “America the Beautiful.”

The Weeknd will headline the Super Bowl halftime show, sponsored by Pepsi. Additional guests may be announced at a later date; The Weeknd, known for hits like “Blinding Lights” and “Earned It,” has previously collaborated with artists like Daft Punk, Kendrick Lamar, Doja Cat and Upstate New York native Lana Del Rey.

The Weeknd has introduced a sound all his own,” said Jay-Z, whose Roc Nation is serving as the strategic entertainment advisors. “His soulful uniqueness has defined a new generation of greatness in music and artistry. This is an extraordinary moment in time and the Pepsi Super Bowl LV Halftime Show is going to be an extraordinary experience with an extraordinary performer.”
